Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

In order to accurately recruit, retain and document our volunteer base, we needed an application process that made it easy for our volunteers to apply on their own time without relying on paper or risk losing their application. PandaDoc makes it very easy for us to keep track of where volunteers are at in filling out necessary documents with a high level of accountability for information verification.

The embedded eSignatures have made our volunteer enrollment process so much easier. Before PandaDoc, our volunteers had to physically print, fill out and then scan our documents to sign up to volunteer in our program. Now, all they have to do is visit one simple page. It truly changed the volunteer landscape of our organization!
With real-time notifications, we are better able to accurately predict whether or not a volunteer has even viewed the mandatory application. Since we are a child-serving organization, evaluating volunteer motivation is CRUCIAL to the process of enrolling volunteers. Knowing whether or not they are truly interested is vital and this simple feature is a great indicator of it.
We have never had any issues with volunteers understanding how to fill out an application on PandaDoc, if you work with volunteers on a regular basis, you know that any hiccups in the process can completely hijack a volunteer's capacity to serve. Because of the ease of use, we retain enrollments on a much higher basis.

I love that PandaDoc lets our volunteers leave an application and not lose all their progress when they return to it. It makes it so much easier to retain volunteers because they are not stressed about stepping away from the enrollment process.
