Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
I use PandaDoc to to send lease documents, and other forms of documents that require signatures from tenants or clients. It allows me to be able to have them sign it digitally, rather than having to physically go to each tenant to sign. It saves a lot of time. I strictly send it for documents to be signed, anything to do with real estate management documents, I use PandaDoc to get the signatures needed.
- Organizes documents to be signed
- Allows electronic signature to avoid meeting in person
- Saves time by allowing signatures to be done virtually
- SOmetimes the email is sent to junk mail
- The fields at times are hard to place
- Its is not really ROI but saves a lot of time not having to physically sign documents
It helps with everyone being on the same page on our team. We can see what was sent and what was not. If someone is away, it is easy to track something they have done and pick up from where they left off.
