Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc

With online clients, I can't have them sign new agreements in person.

Panda doc makes it easier to sign on new clients abroad quickly with minimal hassle, without having to send an agreement via mail.

It's also great because you get notified if someone has viewed the document and of course signed the document

  • Sign new contracts for new clients
  • Renew contract with current clients
  • send out proposed contract to potential clients
  • improve user interface
  • make it easier to to upload pdf documents
  • make it easier to copy and reuse old ontracts
  • streamline onboarding process
  • less paper work on my end
  • lower churn rates for new clients
Overall it is very helpful, I have not utilised the templates as much as I should, as I just upload my current contracts and make the amendments necessary to have it signed.

Embedded signatures make it very easy and useful, as I've never had complaints from clients that have signed any documents.
I have benefitted from e-signatures immensely.

it streamlines my whole process with onboarding new clients abroad, save me time, and ensures that clients come onboard quick and easily without any hassles.

I really recommend this as an option for other online PTs out there for sure, it has been super useful for me.
Overall it looks great and clean.

I've been using it for a good while, and the changes they have made have kept it looking updated modern and user friendly.

The most important part is that it does the job, and it does just that,

Docu sign is expensive and doesn't offer the same amount of freedom with their free plans.

I use Panda only when necessary so I don't need to sing on to a plan that costs money.

I only use it for signing on new online clients, so its great that their is no bill for just doing that

Panda sign is well suited to signing new clients abroad, sending them documents that can be digitally signed is really useful, it makes the onboarding process for me way more streamlined and hassle-free.

it is less appropriate for in-person clients as I can have them sign their contracts in person during their first personal training session with me.
