Overall Satisfaction with PandaDoc
With online clients, I can't have them sign new agreements in person.
Panda doc makes it easier to sign on new clients abroad quickly with minimal hassle, without having to send an agreement via mail.
It's also great because you get notified if someone has viewed the document and of course signed the document

- Renew contract with current clients
- send out proposed contract to potential clients
Cons
- improve user interface
- make it easier to to upload pdf documents
- make it easier to copy and reuse old ontracts
- streamline onboarding process
- less paper work on my end
- lower churn rates for new clients
- signing on new clients
- proposing agreements to potential clients
- resigning on old clients
Docu sign is expensive and doesn't offer the same amount of freedom with their free plans.
I use Panda only when necessary so I don't need to sing on to a plan that costs money.
I only use it for signing on new online clients, so its great that their is no bill for just doing that
