Overall Satisfaction with PanTerra Streams

We had everyone from techs to the Manager and directors working to bring us on.
I use PanTerra Streams on a daily basis to reach out to clients and do business. We use it from individual phones to our Call Center support lines. We have been using their Streams softphones for more than 5+ years.
  • Their tech support is fast and very knowledgeable.
  • They are willing to reach out and go beyond with their development.
  • We have had very little down time with Panterra.
  • Their Streams Softphone is good but could use some tweaking to make it better.
  • We used to could only have 100 lines available at a time to call and they made it, so it is pretty much-unlimited lines open all the time.
  • Onboarding with PanTerra was great; they got out there to help us succeed with the phone side of things.
They are always willing to help and are fast to offer solutions to even the most minor questions we may have.
We are able to make calls without issues; I would say productivity is better because we can stay in contact with our customers all the time.
