Overall Satisfaction with PanTerra Streams

The implementation was somewhat difficult because of the amount of user accounts that were created. But the overall process wasn't any more difficult than any other competitor service. PanTerra Streams digital phone system allowed for similar features on a business level, like being able to forward calls to different people or leaving a voicemail if someone is unable to answer the phone. It also allows for conference calls, where multiple people can talk on the phone together, like a group chat but over the phone.
As a customer we use PanTerra Streams to improve communication and collaboration between departments, streamline processes, and ensure that all city information is organized and easily accessible. PanTerra Streams can address business problems such as poor communication between departments. Since using this product it has helped our city improve efficiency, reduce confusion, and ensure that all employees have access to the information they need to do their job effectively.

The support staff has a deep understanding of the products and services they are supporting and are able answer questions accurately and effectively. They offer quick response times and clear communication without long wait times. Many times support has followed up with helpful tips and check ins to ensure quality support was completed.
Imagine you have a group chat with your friends where you can all communicate with each other, send messages, and share files. This digital phone system is similar, but instead of using a chat app, you use a phone to talk to people. Just like in the chat, the information is sent and received using digital signals, making the conversation clearer and allowing for extra features. Productivity has increased greatly.

Different phone systems can be better than their competitors based on features, user experience, reliability, integration, scalability, cost, and support. The best phone system for a particular organization will depend on their specific needs and priorities. The winner for us was Panterra Streams due to the overall package, support, and services provided.
PanTerra Streams is well suited for phone systems and communication services. Our city uses this system in all of our departments. It is not well suited for mobile devices, because it does not have a stand alone mobile system. Although they do provide an app for connecting to voicemail and text based chats.
