Overall Satisfaction with PanTerra Streams

Implementation of this phone system could not have been easier.
PanTerra offered and provided a cost-effective phone solution for our small church office. The ease of operation and helpfulness of their employees have made this a wonderful choice for us.

  • I would like to be able to record our initial phone greeting without having to send it to PanTerra.

Streams have everything we need in one program and one app.
We receive a few phone calls every day, and PanTerra has enabled our part-time staff to remain connected to our congregation even when we are not in the office.

We had been using a very outdated PBX system. Reliability was extremely low. AT&T did not have a comparable product that could meet our needs cost-efficiently.
With everyone having cell phones these days, PanTerra's solution was to have three physical phones in the office and two of our bi-vocational ministers to use the app only. This has proven to be excellent for us.
