Overall Satisfaction with Parse.ly

Our editorial staff uses it to see how many people are reading our stories in real-time. We can do subsequent stories based on stories that are generating strong traffic. We can see which topics are in demand by readers, and which are not. We can also see where the views are originating from--our own site our an external portal.

Parse.ly is easier to use and more self-explanatory than Google Analytics. The site essentially explains itself upon visiting it. Chartbeat was quite good but I believe Parse.ly provides more granular details on web traffic and gives the user more insights into how and why stories are performing well.
It's super easy to use. The site basically explains itself upon being accessed. I like that it ranks a given day compared to the same day of the week in the week before, and the week before that. Traffic charts illustrate the findings and make them easier to understand and digest.
Parse.ly has made me much savvier in terms of my web production. with much of our business shifting to digital on a daily basis, this helps us do a better job of delivering for our customers and seeing what users desire in terms of online content. Easy to use and very up to the minute in terms of detailing web traffic.

I love that I can view our site's web traffic in real-time, and see how specific stories are doing in terms of reaching their targeted audience. My page views per post are consistently fewer than my colleagues and I'd like to figure out how to get more page views with my posts.
