Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Used company-wide. Paycom is comprehensive software that allows employees to manage their own information (included but limited to - time off, tax deductions, hr issues etc). User-friendly and ahead of the time!

Pros

  • Manageability. The ease of handling changes yourself without having to involve multiple chains of communication and wait periods.
  • Real-time, up to date information.
  • Comprehensive and thorough software that handles a wide array of tasks.

Cons

  • I’ve yet to have any need for improvement. The software works perfectly for my needs and the office agrees!
  • The ability to manage things such as HR requests, via software - eliminates the need for additional, often unnecessary personnel.
  • Being able to manage your own information, within an easy portal - saves employees time on all sides.
There were constant issues, pay rate errors, time off errors, etc in using ADP. The app was often down and or some part of personal information was incorrect. Paycom has consistently provided correct info, accurate pay/time off accrual etc., an app that works effortlessly - easy to navigate - along with offering more features for the user.
From every aspect, Paycom seems more than well suited to handle any size company's needs. If and when a change was needed, they seem to be on it and ahead of the curve in seeing modernization and improvement through.
