Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
It is used as our payroll and benefits system. We run paychecks through Paycom and use it to track PTO and all benefits plus tax benefits, pre-tax, etc. It is like having our own payroll department and allows us to access personal profiles and keep up to date with their benefits, etc.

- Keep up to date with technology or even ahead of the game
- Make the mobile app more accessible wit thumbprint print or facial recognition
- Design concepts could be more updated
- Ease of use
- Replaces a payroll department or at least reduces the number you need
- Reliable
[We] have only used Paycom; have had others call us but we are pleased and have no reason to switch. Why fix it if it isn't broken? I find that when we get a partner and things are working, it is best to stick with them and work out any minor differences.
