Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We use this platform to engage all aspects of our Human Resources Department from onboarding to Payroll to PTO to just basic communication from top-level to the team members on the field. Paycom helps us streamline all communication and makes it simple for our teams to be up to date with information while aligning all of us to one end goal.

  • Their ability to utilize the input that we provide and make it part of the platform has been a wonderful partnership.
  • Sometimes the applications and reports are a little difficult to use.
  • It has improved our communication to the Operations Teams.
