Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Paycom is used by everyone in our whole company for almost everything and it is such a great feature. Paycom allows us to have everything on one platform and is extremely user friendly with options for everything that our company needs. We use it for Time and Attendance, Recruiting, Employee Files, etc.
- Customer Service - our specialist is always there to help and will figure out any problem we find
- Updates - their system is always updating and becoming more user friendly
- Convenience - having one platform with everything in it is great
- Reports - the formatting of reports is not always customizable and this can be hard
- Bugs - there have been a couple instances where things aren't working properly due to a bug, but it always gets resolved quickly
