Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Over the course of our 10-year relationship with Paycom, while I started with just payroll, I now use all modules, with Paycom functioning as my complete HRIS. While the main utilization rests with HR and accounting, the system is used companywide in various capacities. Paycom allows our company to house and store a multitude of functions in one safe, organized, customized space. Paycom is a great TPA for ACA, COBRA, and tax compliance needs as well. While my internal team is my right hand, Paycom is my left hand; it helps me ensure our benefits, compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, training and development, and compliance needs are all being adequately handled.
