Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

I am the sole employee of an LLC [that] uses Paycom's online software to self-manage payroll and to access the automatically-generated reports relating to wages and payroll taxes paid.
  • Provides easy-to-use payroll software that is structured to help eliminate human error, allowing me to self-manage payroll with complete accuracy.
  • Automatically generates the necessary and easy-to-access reports relating to wages and payroll taxes paid.
  • Offers exceptional customer service with dedicated representatives who are very professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous.
  • Received thorough personal instruction/training on the use of the online software program.
  • Unsure if this is feasible, but when I once processed my payroll late as a result of a death in the family, I would have preferred the option of simply receiving my pay late vs. paying a fee to expedite payroll.
  • Employee self-management of payroll and personal information reduces administrative costs and errors - it is more efficient, accurate, and cost-effective.
  • The extraordinary level of customer service provided is a guaranteed time-saver in that a rapid response and resolution are provided when a question or issue arises.

Paycom's online payroll software is an efficient and cost-effective way to self-manage payroll with exceptional accuracy. Their Report Center conveniently stores all the necessary wages and tax reports which are automatically generated and readily accessible, plus Paycom handles the filing of taxes with the IRS. As a sole employee of an LLC, I use it for payroll, however, based on Paycom's communications I receive, the company also offers tools to efficiently manage employee expense reporting, applicant tracking & onboarding of new hires, as well as other HR management tools.
