Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Our company uses Paycom for all sorts of great things! Paycom helps with our payroll, benefits, OSHA logs, Personnel Action Forms, Disciplinary forms. Paycom always has resolutions to anything we bring up and are very good with follow-up.
- Very good at walking you through the system to help resolve any problems you are encountering or don't know how to do.
- Great at informing you of new features and always updating the Paycom system with all the new state requirements that come out.
- Great customer service.
- System is very user friendly
- [With] the documents and management feature, I wish there was an option to upload a document directly to an employee's profile versus having to create a document type first.
- Has reduced administrative cost
- Has reduced management time since Paycom is very hands-on in answering questions through the ask here feature.
