Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

I currently use Paycom as a Payroll and HRIS Manager, and our organization has one of the more premium packages with access to about 75%-80% of the system. Business Opportunities - timecard management, centralized communication, single database with clean data, consistent reporting Paycom solutions - Time & Attendance module is an efficient solution for our unique franchising model in which training each employee on logging hours each time we inherit a new location is not scalable. Mobilizing Management with an intuitive single-database software solution has significantly increased operational efficiencies.
