Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Our company was in need of an all-in-one HR platform that could handle rapid growth across different states under one system. We used to have separate systems for ATS, onboarding, training, performance management, payroll, benefits, etc., but now it is all under Paycom. This simplified structure has saved a lot of time for our employees, managers, accounting, and HR.

- The ATS is pretty standard to an "old school" system. I would like to see a more updated approach that is more streamlined.
- I wish their support call line was open later than 6pm eastern time.

After using all the big-name platforms when I was doing HR consulting, Paycom is my favorite. The only one that comes close is Paylocity, but I choose Paycom due to the better customer service and ease of use of the platform.
