Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We use Paycom in [...] HR for the HRIS system. This system seems to streamline all employees into one place. We are currently working with PayCom to do all hiring with in the Paycom system, which will streamline our HR processes even the more.
Pros
- Schedules meetings for concerns/ issues fixes
- quick replies either email or telephone
- assistance on navigating the system efficiently
Cons
- access to change logs days after that have passed, right now you can only access for the day of. Create a Change log history.
- Tickers for email or date field notifications. Right now it is not pulling from proper fields.
- Organizational charts, to create a hierarchy or allow for us to import or create one that matches our departments.
- base pay changes only take the most recent dates and apply it to the employee, it archives the past dates which causes issues for retros.
- form # 3 for employment dates, as of right now we are unable to capture all employment hire/ termination/ rehire / termination dates in this field. Also impacts transfers.
- [...] reporting in Report center. [...] was set up initially with Paycom two different ways. When running reports, employee data does not always flow correctly and pulls through accurately the first time a report is ran.
