Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom is seriously one of the best HRIS systems out there. After many years in HR I've tried several systems, and I am a huge fan of Paycom. I love their dedicated service contact, who has become an extension of my payroll team; and I also really appreciate that because you can't customize the system, if you adapt your processes appropriately, it always works.

Cons

  • Offer more drug testing
  • This is a very positive ROI. It saved our team a lot of money.
Satisfied. But you have to stay engaged with them.
Paycom is easier than all of these with less issues.
