Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

Paycom assists with Payroll, Talent Management, Human Resources, Performance Management, Government and Compliance, and Reports. I've been with Paycom since 2015, and they are the best payroll software for our needs. Our Customer Service Rep and Regional Director are the best and are always looking to improve our processes and ensure that we benefit from each of our modules.

Pros

  • They show me how to run reports that are out of the normal day to day.
  • They train us well to ensure we are comfortable rolling out new modules and have e-learning for everything.
  • Customer Service is top notch. Always pleasant on the phone and willing to assist.

Cons

  • Being able to track Retirement.
  • We have used Geofencing to improve our time and attendance feature.
  • Our PAFs will save our Directors a lot of time entering data, which will, in turn, save us labor costs.
The implementation of Paycom was not easy, but I also believe that there is no easy implementation when you are changing software, which affects many employees. We are different in that many of our employees use different labor allocations, which was very challenging to begin with.

I recommend Paycom because they fit our needs, listen to and understand the customer, and are always looking to improve our processes and functionality.
