Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
Super simple process to update my benefits, request time-off, etc. I definitely prefer the interface as a salaried employee, rather then as an hourly employee clocking in. One improvement I would love to see is the PTO time bank for the upcoming year. It's tough to plan ahead when you can only see the remaining time balance for the current year.
I have used Paycom as an employee and as a client. The employee-facing side is quite intuitive. The client-facing side is challenging because I cannot update my team timecards for accuracy.

- I would like to see the PTO bank for future years.
- The self-review feature for employee paychecks helps us save time, money, and effort by preventing mistakes.
