Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We use payroll for three different companies under one client code. Paycom has been essential in managing Employee information.
It's a one-stop for all our needs. And our dedicated specialist is always there to help navigate when needed. Their personalized understanding of our company assists us with so many things:
Payroll, Employee Checklists, I9's, E-Verify, Benefits, ACA, ... all the things!!

Pros

  • Reporting to state agencies
  • Benefits enrollment coordinating
  • Communicates effectively

Cons

  • Pricing
  • It seems their employees have A LOT of time off
  • Wish we could contact TAX Team DIRECTLY - they are kind of princesses
  • Assigned Documents signed by employees HUGE ROI
  • Reduced errors in ACA
  • Reduced errors in I9's

I can't contact the Tax Team directly - this is super annoying
