Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
I would just mainly say accuracy of payroll. We have people that are remote contract, some people get bonuses, some people don't. So it does a really good job to make sure that if it's a non-exempt or a salary person, it's really user-friendly and really smart. It's very easy for our managers to use. That was a big deal because we've always done it the old way on paper, but that was very good as well.
- It's definitely efficiency and time management. The managers, especially in our technical department, it would take them days to do payroll and get everything done. But the ease of it now it's just they sit down in one day, go through all the payroll and get it done in probably one or two days now compared to weeks before.
That's a little hard because we were paper before.
