Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We do background checks. We send out all the offer letters, rejection letters. We set up benefits through it. We have people use their phone to clock in and out. We use pretty much all of it.
Pros
- Everything in talent acquisition, everything.
Cons
- Sometimes, especially on our payroll Monday, if we reach out for assistance through email, we don't get response back. When I call in, they say we have a wait time, you have to wait, things like that. That's very stressful, but it doesn't happen often.
- We used something else before and it wasn't good and we've been with this company for a while. We love it. We have no plan on moving.
