Recruiting is my primary role. I use it for employee management, talent, all sorts of things.

Pros and Cons

Pros

I like how everything is all in one place. We don't have to go across multiple platforms. For the talent acquisition piece, it's all part of Paycom benefits, payrolls altogether

Cons

The organization, we tend to go through a lot of reps very often, so it's hard to build that relationship with our reps and we're constantly getting a new one every six months.
