Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We use it for talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, performance management. We use pretty much everything, surveys, all of that.
Pros
- We love Beti, the payroll system's great. I'm trying to think. I mean, there's a lot of things that go really well, we think.
Cons
- An area we're kind of looking at improving on is our performance management. I think it's just more or less like how we want to use it and how we can customize it to fit just right with our company. It's not necessarily a user issue as much as it's just trying to make it work for us.
- I would say time saved with automation is probably the biggest one. Our employees, I think we have zero complaints from employees on usage, so it's been good.
