Overall Satisfaction with Paycom
We use the wide product suite, from On-boarding to retirement or termination. Currently we launched IWant to employees to have a better understanding of Paycom and it processes. They have taken to it well and time and resources have been currently raised for HR. For our employees who punch in and out daily, IWant has aided them in their questions as well. Overall IWant has been a very good help in freshening up resources for the Hr team

Paycom offers a more wholly comprehensive suite of products. One thing that I always like is that all the modules function similar to each other. You have to build a template, then attach that to another template to complete your goal. I like that this process is spread throughout the system and everything flows.
Schedules reports aid and assist a lot of our teams with their time specific reports. Our monthly reporting has been a struggle for understanding our analytics and getting information sent out on time, the reporting system offered by Paycom has greatly aided this. We use it daily and will continue to.
We are able to predict employee needs a lot better and it saves HR time and resources to get answers on a timely schedule.
