Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Paycom to hire employees, manage their employment and benefits, as well as process payroll. All of the problems we have had with Paycom were only due to us not knowing how to do something. Paycom was helpful in getting us the information we needed to succeed.

Pros

Customer Support - Depending on how complex the question is, they are generally very knowledgeable and helpful.
Payroll is a breeze and saves us a lot of time.
You can easily track how many position seats are available.

Cons

Initial setup could use some improvements
More fields to have automatically update upon employee change forms being processed

Single Software Solution

Everything was manual with our previous company. There were a few parts that were not manual, but the majority. Paycom has a limited amount of manual work.

They helped saved us time. The more we learn how the site works, the more time we seem to save.

Paycom has a lot of options to utilize. It will make your job easier. However, learning all of the options and how to use them takes a long time. As you progress with the software, everything starts getting easier.
