Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Most of Our employees are hourly employees and they are required to punch in and out, including meals and breaks, we also use Paycom for processing all of our employees' payroll. Prior to Paycom the application on our phones was not helpful as well.

as a manager I love the on-the-go manager section of the mobile application. I have been away when payroll needs to be approved and it is a breeze to be able to approve employee time cards on the go. Including mine. I just did think of something about something that may or may not need improving, but as excempt employees, it is a bit of a pain to have to approve my time card. THat was a big change for us. since we never had to do that before.
