Overall Satisfaction with Paycom

We use Paycom as it is a user friendly platform for our employees. They are able to take ownership of many task reducing admin burden. We are better able to keep track our all HR functions for increasing headcount. It has simplified payroll, benefits, and performance management.

  • Schedule Dashboard has a lot of room for improvement. Not usable for us at this point.

  • mycom update has improved company communication
It keeps everything in house and flows seamlessly form hiring all the way to separations. So it Is easy to make review and audit to make sure we are following all our internal policies.
Its allows our workflows to move along faster. Its provides better transparency from admin to employees.
Have not used it much. Manager have had positive response as well as employees as it makes navigation even easier.

We have had a great integration team. a friendly specialist that always follows up and has answers. Its easy to manage and make adjustments for changes.
