Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
Our company uses the Onboarding, HR, Payroll and Time & Attendance platform in Paycor. We are currently considering implementing the LMS platform. It is used across the entire agency. It is our go-to data management system all things related to our employees.
- Paycor does very well in providing support services with a dedicated team who are knowledgeable about our needs and history.
- The platforms provide a fully integrated system minimizing manual or redundant data entry.
- Online help resources provide detailed "how-to" videos and written, printable step by step guides.
- Help resource materials are sometimes outdated.
- A few of the specialists assigned were insufficiently knowledgeable about the product. However, I must say that when this was brought to the companies attention, the problem was immediately corrected and a new specialist assigned.
- Support specialist are very responsive.
- The fully integrated system provides for maximum efficiency eliminating duplicated data entry. Workflows create efficiencies in approval process and documentation, allowing for tracking of progress and eliminating lost request.
- The system allows compliance information to be centralized in a logical manner. Reports are easily generated.
- The dashboard properties allow for snapshot status updates on important processes.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved over 50 hours per month. - With close to 400 employees, information management strategies become critical. ESS saves HR staff valuable time by allowing employees to access needed information themselves. The system also save time and improves manager support by putting needed information regarding direct reports at the fingertips of the supervisors and management.
- Paychex and ADP
I was not impressed with Paychex at all. ADP was over 10 years ago, but seemed to be less adaptable, plus I felt like there was an additional cost to every little thing. Paycor seems more responsive to company needs. Paycor's customer service is excellent.
