Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
We use Paycor for our entire organization. We use the payroll, time, time off, HR and benefits modules.
Pros
- Payroll works well
- Easy to use
- Intuitive
Cons
- Many features are limited or have needless limitations
- Not very flexible or customizable
- Reporting functions are very limited and need a lot of improvement
- A surprising amount of manual steps are needed
- Having everything integrated in one system has been a help, saves time and duplication
- Having to do so many manual tasks to accomplish things reduces much of the efficiency of having the system
- The lack of good reporting uses a lot of time manually manipulating information in Excel because you cant build reports with the information needed
Our HR and/or payroll team has not had any measurable time savings. - We have saved time using Paycor for some functions and having everything integrated, however that savings has been offset by the limitations with the Paycor system.
We previously used Sage HRMS in conjunction Paycor payroll, and homegrown time and benefits modules. These were better in some ways and worse in some ways. We had hoped having everything integrated would greatly increase our productivity, and it has to a point.
