Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Paycor allowed us to keep our employee management and learning tightly aligned. We valued a tool that allowed for easy integration between employee HR data and eLMS.

  • Switching to Paycor LMS allowed for a drastic reduction in eSignature documents that needed to be signed by employees to attest to the training.
  • Paycor's LMS reporting tool reduced the time we've spent generating periodic reports by 90% - all we had to do now is point and click. Couldn't have been any easier.
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much. - The system allowed for easy navigation and provided all the necessary information right at your fingertips. Having a central mechanism to track payroll, employee HR data, learning, and other relevant information resulted in direct time savings for our small HR team. I don't think we would have been able to run our HR department with the number of people that we've had without Paycor. All administrative tasks were simplified through Paycor.
The user experience is incredibly simple. You do not have to be a software expert to navigate Paycor. All buttons and text as well as site navigation is in an easy-to-read and understand format.
When evaluating software solutions for our business needs, we wanted to go with the system that provided the most value for our money for our company of <200 employees. Paycor certainly achieved that.
We did find that managing external contract employees was a challenge, that resulted in us tracking training for contractors in another system.
