Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
I am the full administrator of the Paycor product in our company. I use it daily on a regular basis from recruiting, onboarding, new hires, reporting, processing and terminations. The software is fairly well designed and cost efficient.

- UKG Pro, ADP Workforce Now and Workday Workforce Management
Paycor, for our company needs, stacked up with the product/modules we needed, and the cost was unbeatable. UKG and ADP has terrific report writing features that Paycor should consider implementing. This is a highly used product and having the access to just click on the fields you need is very helpful. Workday is designed for larger companies with lots of resources. It is NOT user friendly and if I had the choice and cost was never an issue, I still would not use them.
