Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
Onboarding and workforce management were a massive issue for our company as we did not have an HRIS before Paycor. We have used it for both of those elements, in addition to performance management, time tracking, payroll, expense management, and recruiting. We use the software every day for workforce management and it has made a massive difference in the way we work in our HR and Payroll departments.
Pros
- Paycor is nearly a one-stop shop for all HR needs
- Basic HCM is easy to use
- Always trying to improve their features
- Recruiting module has been great and customizable for our needs
Cons
- Customer support team is not great
- Can be choppy when switching from Recruiting to HCM to Paths, as they are all clearly items that have been bolted on post-creation
- One location for employee records has made workforce management much easier
- Onboarding is now one easy continuous process
- Overall has reduced the amount of administrative work HR has needed to manually complete
- BambooHR®, Greenshades and HiBob
Our Sales Representative Jacob was the driving factor for choosing Paycor. He was upfront about Paycor's issues with Customer Support and what steps were taken to correct the issues. It also seemed to be well-established as a company and reliable, with a reasonable price.
