Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I use Paylocity to onboard, manage, communicate with, schedule, train, and pay all my employees. I find that this single product covers all the bases I need to manage employees in a single place. Using LMS for training, I am able to get all new hires fully trained faster. Using document capture, I can gather all pertinent certifications and educational requirements. My time clock employees can use On Demand Payment and collect their paycheck on their schedule.

- There is a new feature in workflows that allow the user to ask questions and collect documents. This would be even better if it could be automated. For example, a particular workflow is sent to an employee when they are promoted.

We are able to manage over 1500 employees at 20 locations with an HR team on only 2. Paylocity automates many HR and management tasks allowing us to handle more work and employees. HR approvals and workflows keep us in the know and on track. The managers can see when items are completed so they are prepared for the next steps.
Many of our employees enjoy Community for communication, requesting assistance and company announcements.They love being able to see and manage their schedules on an app.
Employees like using LMS in their phones to complete required training at their own pace.
I see many employees using employee recognition to give each other Impressions, but when a manager or supervisor uses it and link it to community, they really love that!

Yes - We were using iSolved for payroll, Excel for employee tracking, and still some paper employee files.

At the time, the price was the biggest factor in our decision. We really lucked out; the best product came to us at the right price.
I'm really glad we looked at different products when selecting Paylocity. It's good to know what is available as well as have a good understanding of features offered by competitors. In hindsight, I wouldn't change a thing.

- I wouldn't say there were errors. I was surprised at how much work we did as an organization, but in the end, I was happy we were so involved. I know the system was built for us.

- Payroll is a breeze with the file upload and conversion tools
- Doing a mass change like a minimum wage increase takes a little more time. But it is an upload, so there are no manual changes.
Yes - The mobile interface is great. I am excited to see if things like editing an employee time card will come soon.
