Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
I used Paylocity for everything I do within the organization. It has been of great use to us in our company. I have loved using the recruiting feature. Everything I need is all within the system, from the application process, background check, and sending out the offer letter. We also use it for training purposes, completing our benefits/payroll on a daily basis.

Sometimes it has taken more time to learn how to use the system. I wish you could have helped to get one-on-one training with a representative. Our recruitment software was not working for quite some time. I figured out the problem myself and was able to move forward. They were not able to help me like I needed, so I did it myself, and now I am saving time.
The surveys have only been used a small amount within our company. I am going to be setting up an exit survey soon, and we will start using that for everyone that is leaving the company. I think that this will help us learn more about the company and ways that we can improve.
Paylocity is much more user-friendly. isolved looks like it was made back in the early 90s, and they have not done a thing to update it since. Paylocity is easier to use in every way. With that being the last platform that I used and coming to learn and know Paylocity. It makes doing everything much easier.
