Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
HRIS and Payroll processing. Paylocity houses all of our employee data from onboarding through termination. We also utilize the LMS system for internal training processes as well as Web Time for employee time card and access purposes.

Switching from physical onboarding to virtual freed up so much time in my day and reduced errors because employees enter most of it themselves. Employee self-corrections for time cards have reduced the workload on managers and increased time card accuracy.
We haven't really utilized these functions yet. I do like being able to share data via community without having to worry about whether or not certain employee groups have access to a computer.
