Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We utilize the Paylocity system daily. Payroll with time and labor, recruiting, onboarding, data insights, scheduling, reporting, etc. We have three businesses within our company set. We prefer to have a support system like Paylocity, where all tools are under one application.

- Improvements with the I-9 form processing, when errors occur during onboarding.
- Customer service levels have dropped since the remote workers have taken over answering phones. They appear to be less skilled and knowledgeable. They are unable to answer many questions. Hold times have increased, and you rarely are able to speak to your account manager.
- In my experience, our Account Manager is nonresponsive, and we experience delays in the responses to our questions.
- Frequently when wanting assistance with new products, we receive an email response indicating for us to look it up in the system.
- Reduced time when processing payroll
- Reduced errors
We are happy with the time-saving and automation of our payroll. The time and labor process work well for us. However, we have heard there is new equipment, and ours is outdated. This has never been communicated.
We are using Community on a limited basis and would like to dive deeper into this function.
