Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

We use Paylocity as our payroll processor to eliminate employer liability.

Paylocity has extreme room for growth in their customer service division. Unanswered emails are unacceptable when a company has paid for and implemented your services, releasing so much sensitive information and instilling unlimited trust in your services.
