We use Paylocity for Payroll, Onboarding, Performance Reviews, Compensation, HRIS and so much more.
Pros
- It maintains employee records in one concise program
- You can customize things the way that your company does it
- You talk to a real person in the US EVERY time you call
- The are listen and update the system based on our recommendations
- Status quo is not good enough, they are always making improvements
Cons
- I would love to see survey results reports customizable
- Paylocity has given us the ability to spend more time on strategic initiatives
- Accuracy is improved when we can have supervisors key directly into Paylocity instead of rekeying from a form.
- Workflows have eliminated many of our manual processes
We have more accurate well oiled processes in place thanks to Paylocity!
Our employees consistently use Community and Impressions to recognize other employees across the organization that have helped them solve a problem. This brings an organization that is spread out throughout VA closer together.
Previously we used Jack Henry which was DOS based and very manual.
