Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity as much a possible. We love the LMS platform along with benefits and payroll. The LMS platform has been the newest resource through Paylocity that has helped us the most. We have been using payroll and benefits from the beginning and we are happy with the service.

We do like to use the community dash board to relay information to all employees from our Leadership team such as corporate events, company goals, updates about benefits, or COVID-19 protocols. We have such a large employee count that it would be nice to limit who can post on the community board- peer recognitions filter out the important information from Leadership since there are so many peer recognitions.
My previous experience with ADP has been awful. They have too many platforms that don't sick together with one another. Also, trying to get a customer service agent typically takes about 30-45 minutes and we do not have this problem with Paylocity. Also, they have an additional cost for every service and their basic package does not provide much benefits to the company unlike Paylocity.
