Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Very User Friendly and helps connect employees who are working in remote locations.

The Accruals function we need most to be automated has created more work for us since the system in not sophisticated enough to keep up with our needs.

Evaluating Paylocity and Competitors

Yes - Certipay was replaced by Paylocity and we also combined our Benefits Portal to Paylocity to make it easier for our employees to access everything in one place.
  • Integration with Other Systems
Paylocity is very flexible and adaptable for our needs and the needs of our employees.
The calculations for Accruals for PTO are complex for our organization. We currently have PDR's in for some that we need and Paylocity only will create them when there is enough money from other companies behind it. We should not have to wait on promises that were made by sales when we were discussing converting over to Paylocity.
