Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Our company relies on Paylocity for all our payroll needs. From time to time, we are presented with the need for assistance with the onboarding of new employees, the addition of new out-of-state tax codes, the changing of an employee's status, etc. These are part of a process, and Paylocity is always up to the task, ready and willing to assist.
- Customer Service: The Paylocity Support team is always just a phone call away and always willing to assist, no matter the task and/or situation. They are extremely pleasant and accommodating. Overall, i give an 11 out of 10 for the willingness to go above and beyond our expectations.
- Rapid response: I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. Calls are answered quickly, efficiently and pleasantly and my issues and questions are resolved and answered in an expeditious manner.
- Knowledge of their system and our needs: Every member of the Support team is extremely knowledgable with the system and the needs of the client. Their knowledge has eased many of my concerns.

- Paylocity has certainly helped us in terms of the daily running of our payroll benefits. the ability to onboard a new employee, update their information, their salary and maintain their vacation and sick accrual benefits> This is beneficial for us in that it allows us the opportunity to grow our business without manually handling these tasks ourselves.
- Using Paylocity allows us to hire new employees (in and out of state) without the anxiety of getting our employees setup correctly in the system with no issues of delay
Unfortunately, to date, we have not fully utilized the suite of automated services that Paylocity offers. We are growing and will, therefore, need to utilize these features so as to better maximize our time and our needs.
We began using Paylocity when there were only three payroll individuals. Fast forward one year, and we are up to nine and growing. With this comes the need and advantage of using these employee engagement tools. This will help us connect more with our employees and aid in the retention of quality employees as we grow even more.
We were previously handling our payroll through a PEO. There were far too many complex issues that arose and required us having to repair mistakes made by this company. We found ourselves doing all they offered, ourselves, with little, to no help. We came across Paylocity through a search and found immediate value in this partnership since Paylocity understands us, our business and our needs. It is someone in our corner, not the opposite one.

I would say there are numerous benefits we have found in our partnership with Paylocity, but ease of use and customers service rank #1 for us. In today's day and age it is difficult to find individuals and companies that are willing to take the time to listen and resolve issues. In addition, we are all looking for the path of least resistance when it comes to internal matters. Paylocity checks these boxes, and then some.
We would have aligned with Paylocity from the very beginning and avoided the headaches we previously had.
