Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Implemented Paylocity for Payroll and HR functions 1 year ago. It has fully automated our recruitment, onboarding, benefit enrollment, payroll, employee self-service and performance management processes. NO paper.

Paylocity has save tons of time with Onboarding - and payroll is a breeze. However, integration of PTO in Time & Labor and HR module can get frustrating.
While these other products have some great features - Paylocity consistently ranked as our 1st or 2nd choice for the features we valued most.
