Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use Paylocity for all HR and Payroll functions. We use Onboarding, Surveys, LMS-internal training and compliance, Performance Management, and Recruiting (ATS). These products have been integral in streamlining employee services and advancing our position in establishing and maintaining accountability within our hiring practices and supporting the culture we intend to nurture and grow.
- Reporting features across the platform are very beneficial
- The service team is phenomenal; they are responsive, helpful and always nice.
- The help features (PEAK articles) provide a depth of knowledge for the platform that puts answers to your questions at your fingertips.
- The annual conferences and constant platform improvements and growth and the innovations and efficiencies built into the tools without charging for every new feature is very much appreciated.
- Recruiting module notifications to hiring managers and administrators for when an applicant accepts or declines a position.
- Improved communication when changes and new features come out. Sometimes they are stumbled upon, mostly they are welcome, but some could be missing out on some real opportunities.
- Add LSA administration to the benefits/FSA/HSA
- The performance module does not auto-save, and sometimes does not work well in EDGE (employees lose the data they have entered/have to start over). We have folks who are more detailed in their self reviews so we recommend they prewrite in MS Word and then copy/paste into the review.
- The org chart is based on supervisor relationship but our organization is not structured that way, it would be great to be able to generate the org chart based on other attributes (teams, departments, etc. and maybe organize by multiple features)
- Consistency amongst HR processes including onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding
- Improved Performance review management and process
- Reduced costs
- Improved data collection and reporting capabilities
Our business is administratively lean including a very small human resources team. Paylocity's tools have allowed us to grow and still have the ability to compete with other larger employers who have a larger support system, while still giving the employee level of service that we strive for and are known for.
We have not fully engaged with the community, impressions and premium video aspects of Paylocity, the surveys tool has been very helpful.
Paylocity is far superior, they do not nickel and dime you for every tool or every transaction your business is required to make. The service aspect for the end user/administrators is not comparable as with ADP we would sit on the phone for hours or emails would take weeks for a response which you cannot operate in that type of environment. I have recommended Paylocity to other folks in my industry and profession. Those that chose Paylocity are not regretting it at all. Hands down the best HRIS I have worked with EVER.
