Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Super user daily. Issues: Not having a test user, time it takes to get issues resolved (especially with taxes), platform syncs

Easier on boarding with a combined platform.
Easier\more accurate payroll with integrated taxes, etc.
Easier to manage demographics
Time saving measure for employees to update their information and view paystubs, etc
Easier to provide details on policies, etc on the SSP
No too excited that Paylocity charges extra for some of these features, as it should be all inclusive. We use community and impressions; however, do not utilize premium videos and surveys due to the extra cost
We used QuickBooks which was not an integrated HRIS. This involved a lot of manual entry, employees could not update and time tracking\PTO, etc was not available, resulting in multiple systems. This has been a great time saver and resulted in more efficient and accurate data in all areas.

No platform will be perfect and from experience with others and peers, it is one of the better ones at a reasonable price
