Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
We use it for all payroll and HRIS, recruiting, expense, benefits, HSA, LMS, onboarding, and time tracking. We try to implement as many things as possible into Paylocity. This is the main source for all employees. Managers do not have much scope besides Time and Labor but that is how we operate nothing against Paylocity. I helped implement and am one of the main Paylocity Administrators for our company
Pros
- HSA Feed
- Onboarding very easy for employees and staff
- Integration for Recruiting
Cons
- Time and Labor is the most lacking
- Does not allow accrual calculations for PTO
- Time and Labor and HR not a live feed
- Surveys are very basic not good for engagement or data pulls
- Need more Data and Insights options
Need better tracking and things for Accrual Tracking and compliance measures for states
Not much- do not utilize really
- Paycor and ADP Celergo
I think they need to do better in Compliance
