Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity
Paylocity is used in all regards of the employee experience including: Onboarding, HR, Benefits, and Time-Keeping. Having paylocity allows HR to manage all aspects of an employees record in one platform and easily allows changes from one area to the other.
- Employee Acknowledgements
- Time Tracking
- Company specific account reps usually never answer the phone
- Benefits Module has a lot of problems
- No capability to track certifications or licenses
- Cobra Module isn't integrated with Benefits - 2 completely different systems
- Cost the company money with screw ups from EDI files to Benefit Carriers - not setup properly for retro active changes
Not really sure what processes mentioned are really automated besides the EDI files for benefits which we continually have had problems with. All other aspects used must be manually entered or approved to work.
We personally do not use this feature because just getting employees to use the application is hard enough because there isn't a lot of feature they have capabilities to do with it.
I was not involved in the changeover from Paychex to Paylocity but was told Paylocity had capabilities of piece work that the company may want to use in the future.
