Overall Satisfaction with Paylocity

Paylocity makes it easy to manage our payroll and HR.

Pros

  • Superior customer service
  • User-friendly workflow
  • Simplification of complicated tasks

Cons

  • I would like a more comprehensive messaging system -- employees should be able to message each other in Community
  • Paylocity has improved retention, reduced costs, and made schedule management easy.
Paylocity's automation has helped our practice by allowing managers to prepare for reviews, manage costs, and be more time efficient.
Our employee satisfaction has vastly improved (by about 85%) because we use Community, Peer Recognition, and Surveys. Employees are able to feel listened to, appreciated, and valued, which has helped with retention.

Yes

Paylocity has helped with our Employee Recognition program by providing anniversary date reminders, birthday reminders and impressions. Employees are able to feel valued and appreciated. Paylocity also reminds our management team when annual or quarterly reviews are due, provides Workplace Insights to help improve our processes and workplace, and a Self Service option that allows the employee to manage their own time off requests.
