Paylocity interacting with our benefit website has saved hours of open enrollment time needed by HR and associates. We will be putting in the tracking of days off that we did not implement this year due to time constraints. This will save hours of time on all sides. Less phone calls. Our HR Department became a department of one since the move to Paylocity. This would have been impossible without the features we now have.
Training on the time side means sending them to the site and not having to do it internally. The ability to make their own changes, allows the onus to be on the employee. They are now much more cognizant of keeping their information correct. I am not sure that anyone is looking at the other tools.
ADP was very costly for less products. Their customer service was awful. They made changes to the platform with no warning or discussion. Paylocity is better at all of those.
Report writing was easier under ADP but that can also be the 15 years that I used it, so it was second nature.
